Welcome to American Condominium Parks. We are a 55+ condominium RV subdivision located in Zephyrhills, Florida. We have many social activities and amenities for our residents to enjoy, including heated pool & hot tub, sauna, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, mini golf course, pool tables and more.
Residents in our community own their property so all sales and rentals are handled by the individual owners, not the Office.
Only owners in American Condominium can become members to gain access to the restricted areas of this website.
